Choc Chip & Peanut Butter Cookie Skillet

Take a skillet and fill-it with scatterings of gooey choc chips and a drizzle of peanut butter. Top with ice cream and you’ll have yourself a pan filled taste to remember.


  • 1 packet White Wings Unbelievably Good Choc Chip Cookies
  • 40g vegetable oil
  • 40g water
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Vegan ice cream, to serve
  • Extra melted peanut butter, to drizzle


1. Pre-heat oven to 170°C (conventional). Grease a 20cm skillet pan or cake tin.

2. Prepare White Wings Unbelievably Good Choc Chip Cookie mix as per pack instructions with the addition of the peanut butter.

3. Press mixture into prepared skillet and bake as per pack instructions.

4. Serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream and drizzled peanut butter
