Chocolate Strawberry Brownies

Choc-coated strawberries are a household favourite, take it one step further by putting strawberries in your chocolate brownies!
Ingredients
- 1 pack White Wings Chocolate Chunk Brownies
- 100g (5 Tbsp) margarine spread or butter, melted
- 2 (59g each) eggs
- 20mL (1 Tbsp) water
- As much chocolate as required
Method
- Prepare and bake a packet of Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
- Melt the chocolate well
- Slice 1 hand full of strawberries and layer on top of brownie
- Pour melted choc on top, store in fridge to set
- Slice the brownies with a warm knife, and serve
