Espresso Brownies

It's baking made easy, but with a little pizzazz!

Follow the simple steps on the Chocolate Chunk Brownies Mix and then dust with cocoa powder to make your brownies look extra enticing.


  • 1 pack White Wings Chocolate Chunk Brownies
  • 100g (5 Tbsp) margarine spread or butter, melted
  • 2 (59g each) eggs
  • 20ml (1 Tbsp) water
  • 1-2 shots of espresso


  1. Follow the instructions on pack for White Wings Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix, adding 1-2 shots of espresso to the wet mix.
  2. Once removed from the oven, dust with cocoa powder to finish, slice and serve!
