Bring Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer to life in doughnut form! The kids will have a blast baking these cute creations this Christmas.
Ingredients
- 1x packet White Wings Baked Doughnut Bites
- 1x packet CSR Sugar Vanilla Buttercream Icing Mix
- Brown icing colour
- Black icing colour
- Pretzels
- Mini red chocolates
Method
- Begin by baking your delicious White Wings Cinnamon Doughnuts as per packet instructions and set aside
- Next make your CSR Sugar Vanilla Icing Mix as per packet instructions also
- In a small bowl colour 1 tbsp of icing mixture with black food colouring
- With the remaining icing mixture, add one drop of brown icing colour and thin out slightly with a few drops of water
- Gently dip one side at a time into the light brown icing and simply dot on 2 small brown dots on Rudolph’s Forehead
- Dot 2 small black eyes
- Using a toothpick, poke a hole just above the brown dots
- Snap the pretzels to the desired shape and gently insert into the prepared holes
- Finally, place Rudolph’s nose in position
