Usage Instruction: Prep: 5 mins Bake: 45-50mins^ Serves: 12 Just Add: 100g (5 Tbsp) vegan spread, melted 125mL (½ cup) water Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C conventional or 160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 5cm deep x 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. 2. Add brownie mix, chocolate chips, melted vegan spread and water into a medium size bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low-medium speed for 1 minutes until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl where necessary. 3. Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes^ or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in pan. ^Time may vary depending on oven.
